James A. Crone III

James A. Crone III is president of James Crone and Associates, Inc. and owns 100% of the stock. He has operated this corporation since 1986 and his involvement in commercial real estate spans almost 30 years. He is a licensed real estate broker as well as a general contractor. Jim believes in a total "hands-on" approach. This type of approach allows him to operate each project through the company with cohesion.

Through his overall knowledge of real estate, management, construction and development Jim can manage, through qualified personnel, any individual property's needs. He oversees the entire operation of the Commercial Real Estate, Construction, Property Management, and Development Divisions on a daily basis to provide excellent coordination among all departments.

When founding this company, Jim was determined to provide a full service company to owners of all types of commercial real estate. By assembling a team of qualified, handpicked, professional personnel, this goal was accomplished. The department heads of the various divisions of James Crone & Associates, Inc. reflect the same kind of motivation and positive attitude necessary to provide our clients with a service unsurpassed by any single company in San Diego County.

Jim is also civic and community-minded; he donates time and money to various local charities and civic activities. Jim served on the City of Escondido Design Review Board for 14 years and helped in writing the current City Sign Ordinance. He is a past CFO of the Downtown Business Associates, a past Board Member of the YMCA, and was on the Board for the Boys and Girls Club. He has served as a Board Member of First Night Escondido and is a founder of the California Center for the Arts Escondido
