The Construction Division is operated under the name CRONE CONSTRUCTION, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of James A. Crone, Inc. and is equipped to act as liaisons with subcontractors for anything from tenant improvements to "ground up" construction. We offer this service as an option to our other development/commercial real estate services to maintain the integrity, quality and value of your property.
Our Construction Division works directly with our Development, Property Management and Leasing Divisions to ensure that a project will receive the necessary attention required, and to see that awareness of market trends helps to determine the direction you project should take. This interaction amongst our divisions, representing a project from start to finish, ensures that your project will be built with future needs and expenditures in mind. This also provides the client with a farsighted perspective which will lower overall construction or tenant improvement costs as the project matures.
