James Crone & Associates, Inc., has been involved with development to assist in the coordination of purchasing land and developing property to emerge into a commercial development.  Our development staff calls on various team members of James Crone & Associates, Inc. to evaluate the highest and best use for a property and coordinates with our leasing division for the appropriate tenant mix.  This brainstorming between divisions within our company has produced many extraordinary results for our clients.

Commercial Property Development

We have successfully developed many properties including, but not limited to, shopping centers, office buildings, industrial parks, schools, super stores and fast-food restaurants. When specific needs arise the Commercial Real Estate, Property Management, Construction and Development Divisions combine their resources together ultimately bringing to fruition a development that will prove to be a successful investment and an asset to the community to which it is built.

James Crone & Associates, Inc. has the facilities and the relationships necessary to coordinate required permits or plans with architectural, engineering or design firms and with any necessary municipal or governmental agencies.
