Our most recent development is located in Escondido, California known as "Felicita Junction Shopping Center". This center includes over 45,000 square feet of retail space, and is comprised of Jimbo’s Naturally, Sav-on Drugs, Burger King, Subway Sandwiches and Leslie’s Poolmart and is 100% leased.
